Shipping policy

All prints are processed within 1-5 working days. Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days(uk). international shipping can take 5-14days depending on the locations

*due to covid some orders may take longer which is out of my control*

Original pieces can take up to 14 days based on location. 

Orders are shipped via royal mail.

All shipped orders are fully insured. 

Refunds 

Should you receive your artwork damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damages to: samedinaart@gmail.com

Please advise me if you would like:

• A full refund 
• A replacement (if available)
• A credit note
